Typographical Errors

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, if a product offered is not as described, please return it in unused condition. Although rare, it is possible that a product or service could be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.  In this event, eSpendwise or its customers reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at an incorrect price. If your account or credit card has been charged for the order at the incorrect price and the order was cancelled, a credit will be issued in the amount of the order at the incorrect price.

CLEANWISE INC., DBA ESPENDWISE reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate reasonably with CLEANWISE INC., DBA ESPENDWISE's defense of such claim.
