Training



eSpendwise offers several levels of training:

End user - Order placer training introduces the end user order placer to the system features and functionality that they will use to accomplish their everyday job. These ‘users’ need to be able to place orders and retrieve information about the orders, products or web content. Specially designated users are trained to manage orders that cross pre-determined business thresholds.

Administrative (Admin) user - Advanced training is provided on our web-based administration portal. Here tasks such as reviewing configuration tools for catalog, product, cost center, budget, workflow, and reporting are explained.

Train the trainer - This approach is effective for organizations that require multiple Administrative Users. In this instance, a lead company ‘Admin User’ is trained to become the subject matter expert who in turn trains other designated company Administrative Users and manages the overall web program. Very detailed training in system administration, functionality and interrelationships is important. Trainees should have a strong understanding of the company's business flows and be able to relate back to the eSpendwise product suite.
