Manage your inventory using the eSpendwise Inventory Ordering and Scheduled Delivery capabilities.
Inventory ordering provides tools to manage on-site stocking quantities by using par levels against on-hand quantities to create recommended orders. Order placers can over-ride recommended order quantities if desired and work flow rules can be invoked to allow for review of orders by designated managers.
Scheduled Delivery
Scheduled Delivery can be used independently or with Inventory Ordering. In the Scheduled Delivery Program, shopping carts remain persistent throughout the order prep period until the assigned ‘order cutoff’ date. This allows field teams to accumulate needed items in the cart and helps reduce the administration and freight costs of multiple monthly orders unless a true rush order is needed.

At the prescribed ‘order cutoff’ date, the system processes the order in the cart based on the business rules set in the system. The order is delivered on the Scheduled Delivery date allowing field teams to manage to the order cycle and concentrate on their daily responsibilities.
