The eSpendwise platform helps control spending and ensures strict budget compliance. Budget cost centers, or GL codes, can be custom defined and tracked by location and your fiscal period in order to control category spending within a business unit.
Detailed budget status is visible on-line and in real-time on the order screens allowing order placers the opportunity to correct over-budget orders before finalizing the request. Orders exceeding the business rules are routed to designated managers who can view the up-to-the-second budget status when reviewing the orders.
