Catalog and Product Management provides web-based control over the catalog development process. Users place orders for assigned locations from a selection of easy to use options. Smart Order Guides present only the allowable items for purchase and can be printed and distributed for use in the field.


Order Administration - Tools
Tools are provided to send orders directly to your existing, preferred vendors. These tools also help manage your suppliers, control contracts, blanket orders and releases that are consistent with your business processes. Custom catalogs enable control over the items available to any individual facility thus preventing off-contract shopping.

Order Administration – Product Information
Detailed product information and images can be presented upon request to assist with the ordering process. In addition, technical specifications and regulatory data such as MSDS’s can be also be stored for later use on-screen, printed or emailed.


Order Administration – Order Options
To meet a variety of order placement preferences, there are a number of options available. In addition to using the Smart Order Guides, users can create a custom Order Guide as depicted below. Other options include ordering via Express Order, using a special ‘reorder’ function, or via the Product Catalog. Easy to use search features enable users to quickly find specific items and product information as well.
