AutoLimits is a flexible tool that allows managers to install an order ‘cap’ on selected items. This cap prevents any quantities above the cap unless there is a manager approval and release. AutoLimits is especially helpful controlling items that could be over ordered in spite of a budget being in place. AutoLimit items are designated with an ‘a’ on the Order Guide. The tools can be combined with other tools in the eSpendwise suite.
